Return Policies

Return Window: All returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase or 30 days from the date of delivery if purchased online. For orders made between November 26, 2024, and December 31, 2024, returns will be accepted until January 31, 2025.
Return Conditions: All returns must be in new condition with the original merchandise tags attached to receive full credit.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. To receive a different size or item, please place a new order.
Processing and Refunds: Your return will be processed within 14 business days of arrival at our facility. Refunds for online orders will appear on your billing statement 3-5 business days after processing. Items purchased at Rocket Arena and returned to the processing center will receive Store Credit.
Order Issues: Please report any issues with your order within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale & Clearance merchandise (items with prices ending in .99) are final sale.
- Merchandise marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, as noted on select product pages.
Additional Details:
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot provide return labels for international orders at this time.
- Returns without a receipt or invoice will be issued a Store Credit for the lowest selling price.
